One of the important activities of JSC "Firm" Soyuz-01 "is the design of various types of valves. The company has its own design office with highly qualified specialists. The work is carried out in CAD / CAM / CAE - high-level design systems. Thanks to the effective combination of the capabilities of modern systems the design and qualifications of our designers JSC "Firm" Soyuz-01 "promptly responds to customer requests, including the possibility of developing and implementing projects for individual tasks IAOD customer.

At the request of the Customer, our specialists can perform the following types of work:

• design according to the Customer’s technical specifications;
• hydro-gas dynamic calculations;
• force calculation;
• strength analysis of parts and assemblies;
• calculation of seismic resistance;
• vibration resistance calculation;
• reliance on reliability;
• determination of the maximum allowable loads on the pipes;
• calculation of thermal stresses and thermal cycling (accounting for heating / cooling rate, number of cycles);
• conducting consultations directly at the place of installation of the product.
