Only products that have passed the mandatory input control in accordance with GOST 24297-87 and STO 18-10 "Input control of raw materials, materials, semi-finished products and components" are allowed into production. their accompanying documents identification, storage and issuance.
Production quality control is carried out by the quality department in accordance with the technical specifications for manufacturing and on the basis of the STO 17-10 "Product quality control in the production process and finished products" and provides for the analysis of the quality of materials used, visual and measurement methods for controlling parts in the manufacture and assembly, hydrotesting reinforcement for strength and density.
The quality assurance service is equipped with all necessary testing and monitoring equipment.
